Carriage for small items is £3.50

Carriage to USA for all guitars is £95 plus insurance (1% of guitar value)

Service:
All guitars are set up before despatch. Please tell us when you order if you have any special requirements.
Returns:
Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are returned in as new condition with all packaging intact. A returns number should be obtained beforehand. You are responsible for all carriage & insurance costs incurred. Special orders are not included in this returns policy and a restocking charge may apply.
Defective products will be collected and repaired / replaced free of charge within 28 days of delivery. After 28 days it is your responsibility to return the goods to us for repair under the manufacturers warranty.
Any shortages or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours or on the next working day from the delivery date.
